Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller for the data collected on this website is Greg Le Fourn, publisher of greglefourn.com, who can be reached at contact@greglefourn.com.

What data is collected?

This is a showcase website: it does not require you to create an account. Personal data is only collected through the contact form, when you choose to use it. The information requested is:

  • your first name (and, where applicable, your partner's first name)
  • your email address
  • your phone number (optional)
  • the date and venue of your wedding (optional)
  • the content of your message

Why is this data collected?

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss your plans with you and, where applicable, organize the requested service (ceremony, DJ, or both). It is never sold or used for any commercial purpose other than following up on your inquiry.

How long is it kept?

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if a service is booked with you, until the event has taken place and for the period required by the related accounting and legal obligations. After that, it is deleted.

Who has access to your data?

The contact form on this website uses Formspree, a third-party service that technically routes your message directly to contact@greglefourn.com. Formspree acts solely as a technical processor for transmitting the form; Greg Le Fourn remains the sole recipient of your data and the sole party responsible for processing it. Your information is not shared with any other third party.
